HONEY

From Honey’s foster Mom: Look at that face! Honey is a darling petite (40 lbs) red and white hound mix. She is in my foster home and does wonderfully with my own dog (a rambunctious 40 pounder!) Honey is a bit shy with new people, but she has made leaps and bounds from where she was. She loves to run and play with other pups and she would love a dog buddy or 2 to live with in her forever home. We are working on crate training and she is so close! She was originally found stray in Barhamsville, painfully shy and thin, covered in ticks and then spent months in the New Kent Pound and, after running out of time and space she was transferred to our wonderful foster care program where she has been thriving.
